Our providers and advisers
Our travel insurance plans are offered through IMG. For expat medical insurance, you can choose Regency for Expats or WRLife. HEALTHINSURANCE.TRAVEL is affiliated with all three companies. IMG travel quotes and applications take place on IMG’s website. Your chosen provider determines pricing, eligibility, and acceptance. For help choosing cover, contact an adviser.
How we handle your information
We receive group health enquiries by email. We use your company and contact details to respond and arrange a quote. We keep submitted enquiries in our mailbox. Contact us to request access or deletion. If you leave or refresh the enquiry page, you lose any answers you have not sent.
If you refresh or leave the Regency quote and application pages or the WRLife application, you lose your answers. Do not enter payment card details in either application.
For WRLife, we use your contact details, identity information and medical history to prepare your documents when you preview them. When you send your application, we receive it and any attachments by email and share them with WRLife for underwriting. We keep the submitted documents in our mailbox. Contact us to request access or deletion.
Regency estimates use the supplied 2026 rate schedule. We prepare your Regency application from your answers. You then sign and upload the completed PDF, which we receive by email and share with Regency.
IMG collects travel application details on its own website under its privacy policy.
