Expat Referral Specialist

About the role

You will talk with people who need health insurance abroad. Ask what cover they need, then introduce them to an adviser.

What you’ll do

• Respond to new expat insurance enquiries and explain how to get started.
• Ask about their plans for living abroad, who needs cover and when they want it to start.
• Explain how to get a quote and help people prepare for a conversation with an adviser.
• Keep accurate enquiry details and notes for the adviser.
• Follow up on enquiries, answer questions and arrange adviser introductions.
• Handle personal information with care and refer questions about policy terms, eligibility, or medical needs to an adviser.

What you’ll bring

• Clear, friendly communication and a patient approach to helping people.
• You stay organised, pay attention to details and follow up when needed.
• You feel comfortable talking with people from different backgrounds and finding out what they need.
• You can use email, messaging and enquiry records to keep track of conversations.
• Experience in customer service, helping new enquirers get started, or referrals would be useful. So would familiarity with expat life or international insurance.
