All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Optional benefits must be selected when applying.
Hospital cover
- Annual limit per person
- $100,000, $200,000, $400,000, $600,000, $800,000 or $1,000,000
- Deductible per inpatient claim
- $0, $500, $1,000, $2,000 or $5,000
- Maternity
- Up to $8,000, subject to the maternity conditions and waiting period
- Rehabilitation after hospital care
- Up to 30 days per condition and $2,500 per calendar year, subject to the discharge conditions
Optional benefits
- Outpatient annual limit
- $6,000 per person per year
- Dental annual limit
- $1,000 per person per year
- Optical annual limit
- $1,000 per person per year; individual treatments have separate limits.
- Other options
- Assistance, evacuation and repatriation; life and disability; personal liability.
What hospital cover includes
- Hospital expenses, intensive care, surgery and anaesthetist fees.
- Private room accommodation, up to 180 days.
- Emergency room treatment and a ground ambulance to the nearest hospital, limited to one trip.
- Oncology treatment and kidney dialysis, subject to the policy terms.
Before you apply
- Pre-existing conditions are considered individually by WRLife.
- Maternity has a ten-month waiting period. The brochure excludes pregnancy during the first ten months and fertility or infertility services.
- Dental and optical cover have ten-month waiting periods and treatment limits.
- Medical evacuation requires prior approval. Without approval, no benefit is paid.
- Medical check-up options depend on your age. Read the underwriting conditions before applying.
