Who is it for?

Individuals and families living abroad. The brochure lists a new-applicant age limit of 70. Ask us about older applicants, child-only cover or groups of more than four people.

Cover runs for the period shown on your certificate. Premiums shown in our calculator are for a year; renewal terms and prices may change.

Amounts are in U.S. dollars. Full cover remains subject to the annual limit and policy terms.

Hospital and outpatient care

Annual limit per person: US$1,000,000
Room and board: Semi-private room
Surgeon fees: US$25,000
Rehabilitation: Not covered
Outpatient benefits: GP, specialist, medication and tests: US$750 each. Outpatient surgery: US$25,000.

Other benefits

Dental: Not covered
Psychology counselling: 5 sessions
Death benefit: US$10,000
Emergency assistance: 24-hour assistance
Optional evacuation and repatriation: US$100,000 benefit; additional annual premium of US$275 per person.

Before you apply

Read the exclusions for pre-existing medical conditions and disclose any facts that may affect your application.
Pregnancy, childbirth and related treatment are excluded.
Planned inpatient treatment and outpatient surgery require prior authorisation.
Benefit-specific co-insurance and waiting periods still apply. Our quote does not include the optional 20% co-insurance arrangement.
Your certificate and policy wording determine where cover applies.
